MR. MICHAEL MARKS, FCI DIRECTOR OF FEDERAL AFFAIRS
A nationally recognized expert on counter-terrorism, Mr. Marks has been called upon to provide expert testimony before state governments and federal courts. Books and training programs authored by Mr. Marks have been adopted as part of state-mandated curriculum in over 27 states, agencies such as the FBI, DEA, HIDTA, BATFE, the U.S. Secret Service, and academies such as FLETC. His most recent book, The Emergency Responder's Guide to Terrorism, is under review with military, law enforcement and Homeland Security officials nation wide.

Headquartered in Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia, Mr. Marks has enjoyed an extensive career in the defense and intelligence communities, serving in areas ranging from Nicaragua to Bulgaria and Korea. Mr. Marks holds a Juris Doctorate degree, as well as a Distinguished Expert rating in pistol and high powered rifle disciplines.
